ASVAB Command Center (the “Service”) is operated by Drift Easy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (the “User”) enter into a binding agreement with Drift Easy on these terms.
By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter into this agreement.
The Service provides ASVAB practice questions, scoring, fitness logging, and recruiter-facing dashboards. Content is for educational and preparation purposes only and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense or any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
The Service, including its software, question banks, scoring engine, copy, and branding, is owned by Drift Easy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your personal ASVAB preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, or create derivative works.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer-service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
Pro Access is a one-time purchase that grants the buyer perpetual access to gated content for the account that completed the purchase. Recruiter Bulk Packs grant a fixed number of single-use redemption codes; each code unlocks Pro Access for one (1) recruit account.
We work hard to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided “as is” and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (via Paddle) in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where excluding it is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Drift Easy is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
