What this covers

  • Pro Access ($4.99) — full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Recruiter Bulk Pack ($499 / 50 codes) — full refund within 30 days, provided fewer than 50% of codes have been redeemed. If more than 50% have been redeemed, a pro-rated refund covering unused codes will be issued at our discretion.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  2. Submit a refund request through Paddle’s self-service portal, or contact Paddle support directly.
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.

You can also contact Drift Easy through the support channel inside the app and we’ll help coordinate with Paddle.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law (e.g. EU/UK distance-selling rights). Where local law grants you a longer or stronger refund right, that right applies.
